See in the early Spring in this delightful corner of the Lake District. Tranearth Hut lies in a secluded location a short distance outside Torver (nearest parking is 1km away by foot).

The hut offers easy access to the Coniston, Seathwaite and Dunnerdale Fells, providing a variety of options for walks, and there are also opportunities for climbing. Nearby attractions include The Old Man of Coniston, Dow Crag, and Caw.

Accommodation is in a converted two-storey barn and neighbouring cottage, connected by a single-storey kitchen. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, and there is a large cosy (heated) common room. There is one large and two smaller dormitories, served by 4 washrooms with showers. There is also a heated drying room.
