| Ibex Event Application | Use this form to apply for an Ibex event. Please remember to check the newsletter to ensure that the correct deposit is paid and take note of any other instructions provided by the event organiser. |
| Ibex Membership Application | For prospective members, use this form to apply for Ibex membership by sending it to the Membership Secretary (address on form). See Membership for membership payment options. For existing members, renewal membership forms are sent out at the beginning of each year. |
| Weekend Organiser letter to participants | The final arrangements for a weekend are conveyed to the participants who have booked on the weekend by letter, sent by the Weekend Organiser. This is a sample letter which the Weekend Organiser may download and edit to suit their needs (and ensures that nothing important gets missed). |
| Weekend Expenses sheet | The form used by the Weekend Organiser to calculate expenses incurred for the event, including the amount that each participant needs to pay. |
